I don't know what's worse: that there are Torchwood books, or that of course I will be getting them.
Namely: Border Princes, Slow Decay, Another Life.
And, just for the record, here are the upcoming DW books (featuring Martha Jones as companion): Made of Steel, Wooden Heart, Sting of the Zygons, The Last Dodo.

I live in hope that the Torchwood novels might actually be better than the TV series they're based on. The possibility that they may be worse simply doesn't bear thinking about. There are more new Doctor Who novels - but I haven't been able to bring myself to read any of the last batch yet. I gave up after "The Stone Rose"!
Of the last batch of books, The Art of Destruction turned to be surprising nearly not-crap (this is surprising because the author is Steve Cole...).
The Price of Paradise is a decent classic Who story. Not sure what it is doing in this series.
