How to be annoyed

First, get the Torchwood novels (and Inside Story) through Amazon. Then have the surreal Amazon shipping policies send some of the Torchwood books (but not the first!) because they split up deliveries in odd ways and are unable to not put "available right now" when they really mean "we'll think about maybe getting this in a few months" on items that are readily available...

Then find out, months later (when said package still hasn't even been sent!) that the items are available for a cheap price due to a currency unit screw up through Fishpond!
